Girl Scouts General Information

Logistics and Scheduling

Programs are on-going and may be scheduled Monday through Saturday (except on Major Holidays) at a mutually agreeable time between the museum staff and the Girl Scout Troop.  All programs last 4 hours including time for snacks or lunch. These programs require a minimum of six scouts and can accommodate up to twelve.

Chaperone Requirements

Programs require at least one adult for each group of six. For groups of more than six one additional adult is required. Non-essential chaperones will be charged a fee for attendance.

Fees

Depending on the program, fees for Girl Scouts are either $10 or $15 per program.  Non-essential chaperones are charged the same.  A six Girl Scout minimum is required for each program and a $60 non-refundable deposit to hold the program (which is then applied to program fees) is due at the time of booking and payment in full is required one week in advance of the program.
