This program is cohosted with the New Orleans Catholic Cemeteries and Save Our Cemeteries and takes place in historic St. Louis Cemetery No. 2. Learn more about the oldest cemeteries in New Orleans, the importance of preserving them, and how to do so with environmentally friendly treatments that are easy to use and yield impressive results. Suggested treatments aren’t just for headstones and tombs; they also work on brick, stone, and much more. Special guests include Heather Veneziano, Director of Public Engagement and Development for New Orleans Catholic Cemeteries and Sherry Wagener, curation specialist with Colorado State University at Fort Polk.
