Enslaved Residents of Gallier House

The 1860 census of the house lists four enslaved persons living there. This and other sources suggest that the following persons occupied the slave quarters in 1860: Laurette (female, 42, black), Rose (female, 25, mulatto), Julienne (female, 18, mulatto) and Francois (male, 16, black).
